Frequently asked questions

Each pack combines mineral sun care (sunscreen, SPF lip balm and, for the beach, after-sun) with electrolyte drink mix and a useful extra or two, depending on the pack. We only resell clean brands we use ourselves. Every product page lists exactly what is inside.

Pick the one that sounds like you: the Kids Pack for little ones at the park, pool or camp, the Trail & Sport Pack for long days on the trail, course or sideline, and the Beach Pack for days by the water. Any pack can be sent as a gift with a handwritten note.

Every sunscreen and SPF lip balm we pack uses zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as its UV filter, with no oxybenzone or octinoxate. They are the filters we choose for our own family, and they are allowed everywhere, including Hawaii and Key West.

We choose fragrance-free and kid-friendly options where we can, but everyone’s skin is different. Check each product’s label and ingredients, patch test if you are unsure, and ask your doctor about babies under 6 months.

Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $5.95 and free on orders over $60.00. Express (1–2 business days) is $14.95.

We pack orders by hand and ship within 1–2 business days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.

Not yet. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Absolutely. Tick “This is a gift” at checkout and add a note. We write it by hand and leave prices out of the box.

Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened sun-care products, but if anything arrives damaged, tell us and we will make it right.
